"Hraparak": Former KGMS officials win lawsuit against minister

In October of last year, Minister of Higher Education and Science Zhanna Andreasyan unexpectedly dismissed Armenuhi Poghosyan, head of the Department of Vocational Education and Training, and Karen Manukyan, head of the Department of Coordination of Vocational Education and Training.
The reason was allegedly the incorrect financing of a certain college student, although the ministry was sure that the minister, according to sources in the system, had tried to get rid of not-so-good personnel.
Former officials had applied to the court with a demand to declare the order of Minister of Higher Education and Science Zhanna Andreasyan invalid. Yesterday, we learned that both of them won in court.
