"Hraparak": They have an order to make Samvel Karapetyan the criminal of the century

The “Hraparak” newspaper writes: “The authorities' fears regarding Samvel Karapetyan, who has been illegally detained for more than two months, are growing.

We learned from our sources in law enforcement that they have an order from the political authorities to make Samvel Karapetyan a criminal of the century, they are investigating Karapetyan's seven links, and the State Revenue Committee system is also involved in the case.

They say they are drawing up schemes to try to convince the public that Karapetyan received billions from the state, but did not spend a penny on the ENA, and as a result, the structure has reached its current state.

There may be new arrests among both ENA and Karapetyan's relatives.
