The “Hraparak” newspaper writes: “Although hours after the murder of the Parakar community mayor, at dawn, Nikol Pashinyan condemned what happened, giving a specific direction in his post: “The question of what preventive actions should have been taken to prevent a series of violence in Parakar, who should have committed these actions and why they were not committed should be subject to detailed analysis,” however, by the end of the working day yesterday, no consultation had been convened at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It was supposed that after Pashinyan's post, a consultation should have been convened to discuss what happened, and to find out who had failed in their work. By the way, Paylak Shmavonyan, the head of the Vagharshapat police department, was appointed to the position about 20 days ago, and the system does not believe that the responsibility for what happened should be placed on his shoulders.

Meanwhile, the ruling team believes that a number of high-ranking police officers should be dismissed, if not the Minister of Internal Affairs. Echmiadzin has always been a problematic region, both in terms of clan clashes and illegal arms trafficking, so what happened is a result of the lack of proper control.

Some go further and believe that Pashinyan's number one goal is to solve the murder of the mayor as soon as possible, because it is not an ordinary murder, and it is clear that Volodya Grigoryan was killed by a "killer", which means that we are dealing with a crime that was well-planned and committed in advance. As for who Volodya Grigoryan was bothering, there is no need to go into detail.
