If Pashinyan announces tomorrow that our army must be disbanded—or else there will be war—are we going to disband it? — Ishkhan Saghatelyan

Four years ago today, Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack against Armenia; we suffered 224 casualties, and approximately 200 square kilometers of the Republic of Armenia's sovereign territory were occupied by Azerbaijan. Ishkhan Saghatelyan, Representative of the ARF Supreme Body, shared a video about this on his Facebook page.

"Pashinyan carried out all the handovers based on the following logic: cede part of the territory with the guarantee of retaining the rest. 'Let us make concessions so that there is no war,'" said Saghatelyan.

He pointed out that, despite all these concessions, a catastrophic war ensued.
