Amio team members also have the opportunity to participate in specialized, language training, and international courses, including:

Overseas programs: 21 specialists have already participated in courses abroad, including prestigious programs at Harvard Business School.
In addition to technical knowledge, Amiot pays special attention to the development of soft skills. In this direction, 16 thematic courses were held, in which 408 employees participated.
Particular importance is also given to the development of managers. The bank has introduced the Amio LeadUp program for the development of managers, which, in addition to providing basic management and leadership skills, is aimed at forming a common management culture.
The bank has also formed a team of internal trainers, which contributes to the exchange of knowledge and experience and the discovery of the potential of the bank's employees. An online training system has also been introduced, which makes training even more dynamic, accessible and innovative.
