Samvel Karapetyan issued a statement through his legal team.

"What has the current government achieved?"

Part 1

The day of the arrest warrant was one of the most interesting days of my life. Let me tell you why. I saw with my own eyes the agitated state of the investigator, who had obviously forced himself to make his own accusations, after the court published the decision to arrest me, the dejected state of the experienced prosecutor during the entire trial. And finally, I saw with my own eyes the attitude of the broken judge, who during the trial allegedly listened with surprise, and sometimes with contempt, to the illegal accusations and bankrupt arguments brought by the investigator and prosecutor, thereby trying to demonstrate an impartial, independent behavior. Then, after four hours in the consultation room, he showed that he was dependent and powerless.

But it's okay, the courts will soon be independent.

"We will fight," the statement said.
