Samvel Karapetyan, the owner of the Tashir Group of Companies, has sent another message from the NSS isolation ward.

The message reads: Dear compatriots,

The “Our Way” movement has set itself various priority tasks: the protection of spiritual values, the formation of a new economy, the rapid creation of numerous jobs, the dynamic development of agriculture, etc. The preservation of the image of the traditional Armenian family and ensuring its well-being is key among these tasks, and will definitely be solved. There is no greater success for the people and the state than to have numerous large families that have all the conditions for a good life, whose children are healthy, educated and ready to build a good future for the country.

Unfortunately, the number of such families in today's Armenia is extremely small, the demographic indicators are catastrophic, and we must do everything possible to get out of this dangerous situation.

First, our young families should be healthy and have the opportunity to monitor both their reproductive health and their health in general without bankrupting the family budget. The state should and is obliged to ensure this opportunity, without any reservations. The state should and is obliged, together with the parents, to cover the expenses of each Armenian child born, which will seriously stimulate the birth rate.

The young family should have the opportunity to improve its housing conditions, and the state should also play a serious role here. Our young parents should enjoy various benefits when getting a job or entering a university. Finally, our honorable elderly people, our elders, should have the opportunity to restore their health without fear that they may become a burden on the family budget of their children. No citizen of Armenia should ever be deprived of the opportunity to maintain their health due to lack of money or lack thereof.

We have already had experience in developing and implementing such programs on a smaller scale. The movement is working to find fundamental programmatic solutions to all these issues and bring them to life in the very near future.

"We will do it our way."
