“With 4-5 provisions of the document, from different angles, the Artsakh movement and the rights of Artsakh Armenians are being criticized.

"They were once proud of being the descendants of Artsakh's victories and their bearers, partying for days in Artsakh, declaring Aghdam their homeland, and drinking pathetic toasts until the moment when the political situation changed due to external signals and now they have entered the Turkish honeymoon phase," he wrote.
