The court prohibited the RA government from: 1. seizing or selling the assets of ENA 2. changing the composition of ENA's management bodies 3. revoking ENA's operating licenses 4. in any way restricting the company's natural business activities. Narek Karapetyan, Vice President of the Tashir Group of Companies and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ENA, wrote about this on his page.

He also added: "This verdict shows that justice works in the world, and it is not implemented through Facebook, as it is in Armenia today."

Earlier, Samvel Karapetyan's defense council issued a statement noting that Samvel Karapetyan and his family had won the urgent arbitration case initiated against the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
