Father Tade Takhmazyan was born in 1989 in the village of Karakert, Armavir region.

From 1996 to 2006, he studied at the local secondary school No. 2.

In 2006, under the direction of His Holiness the Patriarch, he was admitted to the Gevorgyan Theological Seminary.

In 2010, he was ordained a deacon by His Eminence Bishop Artak Tigranyan.

In 2012, he graduated from the Gevorgyan Theological Seminary and defended his thesis on the topic “The Sermon of Saint Gregory of Tatev: Sermons 5-8, Examination of the Original Text” (scientific supervisor: Gevorg Ter-Vardanyan).

In 2012, by the order of His Holiness the Patriarch, he was appointed to the Publishing Department as a clerk-secretary.

From 2013 to 2015, he was responsible for the "Manana" program.

From 2010 to 2012, he visited Vagharshapat Hospital to provide pastoral care to patients.

From 2009 to 2011, he collaborated with the "Sunflower" children's magazine, which aims to involve disabled children in Armenia in public life.

From 2009 to 2012, he visited Zvartnots Boarding School No. 2, where he taught the Bible and worked with children with disabilities.

He is married and has two daughters.
