Russian entrepreneurs question stability of Armenia’s investment climate after Karapetyan’s arrest: Russian Foreign Ministry
Russian entrepreneurs have become cautious in assessing the prospects of their projects in Armenia after the arrest of Samvel Karapetyan, Mikhail Kalugin, director of the Fourth Department for CIS countries at the Russian Foreign Ministry, told RIA Novosti.
“We report that in this situation, other Russian entrepreneurs have become cautious in assessing the prospects of their projects in Armenia and question the stability of the country’s investment climate, which is unlikely to serve to maintain the growth rate of bilateral trade,” he noted.
