Arsen Tevosyan, born in 1996, is wanted. Arsen was forcibly evacuated from Artsakh.

The "News from Artsakh" Facebook page reported that he left his home (Avan city area) at around 8:00 this morning.

"Whereabouts unknown. He was wearing the coat in the picture, light blue jeans. He has a health problem."
