By the decision of Shirak Governor David Arushanyan, Anna Hakobyan's maternal aunt's grandson, Vahagn Mkrtchyan, has been appointed acting director of Gyumri Polyclinic No. 2, Pastinfo reports.
The governor's decision specifically states that Mkrtchyan has been appointed acting director for a period of up to 6 months from November 21, until a director is appointed to that position based on the results of a competition in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
It should be noted that Vahagn Mkrtchyan held the position of deputy director of the polyclinic.
Let us recall that Vahagn Mkrtchyan, a dentist by profession, held the position of Deputy Mayor of Gyumri from March 2023, until the termination of the memorandum with the Communist Party's "Balasanyan Alliance", and then was one of the Communist Party's favorites in the Gyumri mayoral elections, but received too few votes in the primary held in Gyumri - 138 votes.
