"Strong Armenia" has submitted an application to have the results of the Stepanavan community elections declared invalid: Meloyan

"Strong Armenia" has submitted an application to have the results of the elections in the Stepanavan community declared invalid. This was announced by Gohar Meloyan, a member of the "Strong Armenia" party.
"Dear compatriots, media representatives, and residents of Stepanavan:
I am currently in Stepanavan, attending a meeting of Territorial Electoral Commission No. 25, where the results of the Stepanavan elections are being finalized. I would like to inform you that the 'Strong Armenia' party has submitted an application to have the results of the Stepanavan community elections—held under a proportional electoral system—declared invalid.
In this application, we have presented well-founded arguments regarding a pre-planned process aimed at misleading voters and securing votes through deception, by maliciously circumventing the legal regulations stipulated by the Electoral Code." 2. Interference by the law enforcement system in the pre-election campaign and the conduct of a smear campaign against the opposition; 3. The systemic use of administrative resources; 4. The obstruction of the pre-election campaign through the restriction of freedom of assembly; 5. Instances of providing material incentives to voters; 6. Hundreds of technical and substantive violations.
"The factual and legal circumstances we documented throughout the entire electoral process—in terms of their nature, scale, prevalence, and impact—have undermined [the process]," he noted.
