“Ishkhanutyun” news agency has obtained a video showing how law enforcement officers stop Narek Nalbandyan’s car and detain him. The video was filmed by citizens at the scene. It should be recalled that Nikol Pashinyan had stated that Nalbandyan was getting on his nerves and that his family would be treated very harshly.”
