Journalist Tatul Hakobyan's Facebook post: “Yesterday I noticed something remarkable in a chronological sense, but very provocative and adventurous.

So, on March 29, 2019, a Pashinyan-Aliyev meeting takes place in Vienna, and the next day, on March 30, Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan, at a meeting with the Armenian community in the United States, brings a new vocabulary of "davolni" to the negotiation process: "new war, new territories" - "territories in exchange for peace."

In other words, your prime minister goes to meet with the president of Azerbaijan, and a day later you engage in such a provocation.

I absolutely disagree with the claims that if Pashinyan had continued to negotiate like previous presidents, there would have been no war. There was a price for not having a war: returning the five regions. Maybe Pashinyan would have dragged on for a few years, like before, but the opponent cannot be fooled.

I don't know if Davit Tonoyan agreed on his ingenious formulation with Pashinyan.

"I remembered this story because I always want to remind you that along with Pashinyan, his defense minister and foreign minister bear their share of guilt and responsibility."
