Boris Avagyan, the former special representative of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, was found dead in the building of the Armenian Consulate in St. Petersburg.
Avagyan was found unconscious in the toilet, where he had been for about 50 minutes, the Mash telegram channel reported.
Yesterday, he contacted "Pastinfo", stating that he was at the Armenian Consulate in St. Petersburg.
"Over the past month, Russian special police officers have arrested me and taken me to the police station to check my documents, as Armenia has declared a wanted list for me. I voluntarily want to be extradited to Armenia," Avagyan said.
