The "Hraparak" newspaper writes: "Former Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan is launching an initiative called "Wings of Unity", which will become a political party and participate in the elections."
The core of the initiative is the former staff of the Human Rights Defender, the former Chairman of the State Revenue Committee, David Ananyan.
We learned that former CP MP Anna Karapetyan is also with him, who was the head of Deputy Prime Minister Ararat Mirzoyan's office in 2018, then a "My Step" MP, but was not included in the list in 2021. During the RPA government, she was also the assistant to RPA member Hovhannes Sahakyan for 3 years. After 21, Karapetyan was in the US for a short period. Now she actively shares Tatoyan's posts.
According to our information, he is conducting negotiations between Tatoyan and the ANC. His father, Samvel Karapetyan, was Ter-Petrosyan's proxy in constituency No. 22/21 during the 2008 presidential elections. He was accused of election fraud in favor of Ter-Petrosyan and sentenced to 3 years in prison.
"Is it true that you will be active in Tatoyan's party?" we asked A. Karapetyan.
"And is there a party already?"
There is already an announcement.
"I know a little bit different, and since we're talking about different things, let's not talk about that, and Tatoyan is a very close friend of mine, we've known each other for a long time."
Okay, let me phrase my question another way: are you on Tatoyan's team?
"Sorry, we'll talk later. I can't answer your question right now."
