Today, on the day of the Artsakh Independence Referendum and the Constitution, the leader of "Holy Struggle" Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan visited Yerablur.
"On December 10, 1991, the people of Artsakh said "yes" to independence from the Soviet Union.
The popular vote was held under conditions of armed aggression by Azerbaijan.
