Masis community's ownership rights to a land plot worth 69 million drams in Hovtashat have been restored

The ownership rights of the Masis community of Ararat region have been restored to a 2.34778 ha plot of land for industrial, mining and other production purposes located in the Hovtashat settlement. The cadastral value, estimated at the market value, is 69 million drams, equivalent to about 180,000 US dollars.
