Businessman and philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan filed a lawsuit against David Kalashyan with the Lori Regional Court of General Jurisdiction, demanding a refutation of the defamatory information, as well as compensation in the amount of 6 million drams.
The lawsuit was filed with the court yesterday and has not yet been signed.
