“Such incidents cannot be viewed normally by any person or in any society,” said RA Ombudsman Anahait Manasyan at a press conference held after the Government session today, referring to the incident that took place in Ajapnyak yesterday.

“Unfortunately, we are dealing with such negative phenomena and incidents in various situations. Various phenomena, including yesterday’s shooting incident, are also the result of a problematic situation related to people’s education and culture, and I believe that in this regard, the education system should be completely improved, but also various law enforcement bodies should carry out appropriate work,” the Ombudsman noted.
