The Tavush Regional Prosecutor's Office is seeking to have the auction of the former Dilijan Kindergarten No. 9 building declared invalid and the property returned to the community through the Anti-Corruption Court. *Hetq* reports this.

On September 22, the Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit against the Dilijan community, "Arsoil" JV CJSC, and Gurgen Arsenyan, seeking to invalidate the auction of the building formerly housing Kindergarten No. 9 (located at 37 Gay Street, Dilijan), apply the legal consequences of such invalidation, and recover the property from unlawful possession.

It should be noted that "Arsoil" JV CJSC was founded in 1997. The company's founder is Gurgen Arsenyan, who currently serves as Armenia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation. The company is currently inactive. "Arsoil" is an Armenian-Cypriot joint venture that engaged in the import and wholesale trade of tobacco products.
