The "Zhoghovurd" daily writes:

"The son of the NA CP deputy Sergey Bagratyan was interrogated by the RA Investigative Committee. He currently has the status of a witness. The "Zhoghovurd" daily has learned details from his interrogation about what the latter told the Committee. Bagratyan's son stated at the Investigative Committee that he had visited Noravank with his 40-day-old baby, his wife, parents, and relatives. Upon returning from the monastery complex, both the newborn and his mother felt unwell.

According to his testimony, upon reaching his father's house, he parked the car near the entrance so that the little one and his mother could enter the house a minute earlier. At that moment, a citizen approached his car and expressed his dissatisfaction that Shant had parked the car right near the entrance. He and his godson, Davit, explained what the problem was, but the citizen continued to complain. Shant's friend Davit approached the citizen and talked to him. The conversation turned into a verbal altercation, a scuffle began, and the patrolmen approached, arrested everyone, and took them to the department. And what testimony did the citizen give that urged the deputy's son to remove the car from the parked spot? "The Zhoghovurd daily learned that he stated in the Investigative Committee that he got nervous seeing the parked car, after which the conversation heated up and they started arguing.

"One thing is certain, the Committee has questioned all parties. Whatever decision it makes, we will follow the events." Let us recall that on August 4, a scuffle and argument took place between 3 citizens in Yerevan. The incident was centered on the son of NA deputy Sergey Bagratyan, Shant Bagratyan, and the reason for the argument was the issue of parking the car. The ball is in the Committee's court, let's see what it decides."
