Baku court sentenced Rashid Beglaryan to 15 years in prison.
To remind, last year on August 1, it became known that the Azerbaijani border guards arrested 61-year-old Rashid Beglaryan, a citizen of the Republic of Artsakh, who had left the village under the influence of alcohol, got lost and ended up in the territory guarded by Azerbaijan.
