Nikol Pashinyan said on Facebook: “Why didn’t the three former leaders of Armenia implement the magnificent solutions to the Karabakh issue they described” and made assumptions about it. Nikol Pashinyan, as always, wants to shift the blame on others, to shift the blame for the strange war with thousands of victims, the capitulation, and the surrender of Artsakh onto the three former presidents. Pashinyan started the negotiations from his own zero point, conducted them secretly, and failed them. Pashinyan should publish the OSCE Minsk Group proposal that was on the table in 2019. If he doesn’t do that, then he has a very serious reason to hide that proposal from the public. He himself threw the OSCE Minsk Group mediation into the water.”
