A short time later, the Kanaker-Zeytun Police Department received a call from Avetik M. who reported that two citizens of the Russian Federation were insulting Armenians under the influence of alcohol and fighting.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, the police found out that on the same day around 10:00 a.m., Avetik M. and O. Tikhamirova and I. Rybachenko argued with each other, disrespecting society, uttered curses, and Avetik M. hit I. with his hands. Rybachenko's face.
On the same day, around 11:30, Avetik M., O. Tikhamirova and I. Rybachenko was arrested on suspicion of hooliganism and taken to the Kanaker-Zeytun police department, from where he was presented to the Kanaker-Zeytun investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee of Yerevan, where criminal proceedings were initiated.
