A video that is more than a year old has been circulating on the Internet today, in which Anahit Patatyan, the mother of Karapet Burnazyan, who died in the 44-day war, throws a bottle at the trolleybus driver. After the uproar, she was called to the police station.

According to Anahit Patatyan, the incident occurred in February 2025, when she was carrying out a boycott action.

“I got off the trolleybus at the intersection of Mashtots Street and Baghramyan Street, and the driver shouted sexual insults at me and those getting off. I lost my self-control, got angry and unintentionally threw the bottle in my hand aside. "I didn't intentionally throw it at the driver or the bus, but I think such an attitude is not part of the direct duties of the driver and the controller. If I hadn't paid the transportation fee, the controller could have fined me for that and that's it," he noted.

It should be noted that this morning, Anahit Patatyan was detained in connection with an incident that occurred 1.5 years ago. Hours later, the latter left the police station, a statement was written stating that the citizen lost control under the influence and threw what was in his hand towards the bus.
